Introduction

QT4-15 is a type of automatic concrete block making machine that is specifically designed for small and medium-sized enterprises. It adopts hydraulic control, manual operation, automatic feed materials and pallets, using compulsion feeding device to feed the materials quickly and smoothly. This automatic concrete block making machine is used for making pavers. The surface material can be fed automatically.
QT4-15 is usually combined with PL1200 batching machine, JS500 compulsive mixer, and stacker to form an automatic block production line.

3. QT4-15 Semi-Automatic Concrete Block Making Machine

As a new type of concrete block machine with wheels, QT4-15 semi-automatic concrete block making machine is specially designed for small and medium-sized enterprises. It can lay blocks on a concrete floor and move to the next position. This process eliminates the need of wood or steel pallets. This concrete block machine can be used to produce solid blocks, hollow blocks and interlocking pavers. Our semi-automatic concrete block making machines have passed the CE certification and have been well received both home and abroad.
1. QT 4-15 concrete block making machine is featured with high-speed operation, low abrasion on the sealing of main cylinder and low failure rate.
2. Semi-automatic concrete block making machine uses forced feeding device to feed materials
quickly and symmetrically.
3. It adopts hydraulic control to realize automatic feeding and to send pallets automatically. We also provide automatic control to meet the needs of different users.
4. The hydraulic system of our concrete block machines is designed with double-way loop, which adopts professional combined valves to realize the working cycle of filling, air discharge, pressing and demolding.
5. The hydraulic oil tank of our semi-automatic concrete block making machines is designed with automatic oil heating and cooling system and oil purification device, which adopt repeated continuous filtering to ensure the optimal working conditions of hydraulic oil.
6. The feed hopper of this concrete block making machines is designed with stock level recorder. The cylinder with open-close door realizes the automatic open-close of the door so as to ensure the feed averagely to the material box.
