Simple Semi-Automatic/ Automatic Block Production Line QT10-15

Introduction

Simple automatic block production line consists of two systems: batching and mixing system, block forming and stacker system. All equipments needed for the block production line installation are PL1200 batching machine, JS750 compulsive mixer, QT10-15 block making machine, and stack machine.

3. QT10-15 Block Making Machine

QT 10-15 automatic block making machine has the production output of 19200 blocks (400 mm × 200 mm × 200 mm) for one day (8 working hours). It makes use of sand, stone, cement, fly ash, cinder, slag, gangue, gravel, perlite and other industrial wastes to produce different products. This block making machine is quite suitable for producing various types of concrete blocks, paving stones, slope blocks, hollow blocks, interlock blocks, grass blocks and other sorts of blocks. The automatic block machine is specially designed for customers who need high quality, large capacity and superior intensity concrete blocks.
