Description

This vibrator cum manual operated concrete block making machine (single) is a manual brick molding machine. Good concrete blocks with sharp edges can be produced with the use of power/vibrator. This machine can be fitted with a diesel vibrator, which is good for the use in the rural areas where there are frequent power outages. It is equipped with a 1.5 HP single phase, or 1 HP 3 phase electric vibrator, 1440 RPM and weighs about 500 Kgs.
Backed by robust design, these manual brick molding machines are specifically engineered to meet the requirements of construction industry.
The pressing operation is time controlled by single switch, which is operated for both pressing and returning strokes to ensure uniform pressure on all sides of paver block. Additionally, they have a superior vibration and pressing systems for maximum compaction and strength.

Features

1. It is a stand type high density manual operated block making machine versatile to shift to any working site to cast blocks on wooden or steel pallet which is inserted on both sides.
2. It has a top pressing ram operated by the toggle mechanism. Bottom plate is equipped with efficient light weight vibrating motor, or diesel engine powered eccentric vibrator.
3. By pressing the operating lever, the mould leaves the blocks on the pallet. The blocks with pallet is removed and kept for wet drying manually.
4. Any shape of interlocking pavement blocks can be produced by manual brick molding machine with different colors.

Maintenance
The machine should be cleaned and kept lubricated at all points where grease caps have been provided, and tighten all the connecting bolts after the working shift. The Engine oil is suggested to be changed every 70 operating hours.

Description

BM02 is a good option for clients that are setting up a permanent blockyard. The manual operated concrete block making machine comes with a hydraulic diesel motor and two compression chambers. Because of the two chambers, the output of this machine is doubled to 3,000 blocks per shift.
