Description
CPM15D mobile concrete mixing pump has agitation and transportation functions. The agitation system adopts self-fall type bi-pyramid to reverse discharging mechanism; the hydraulic system introduces double cylinder piston type, the electrical and hydraulic control and the S valve assignment form.
Main parts of the Concrete Mixer Pump
1. The main engine of the stirring concrete pump is composed of the hydraulic system, the electric system, the pump system, the mixing mechanism, the distributing valve, the running gear, the cowling, the rack, the transfer pipeline and so on.
2. The hydraulic system of the mobile concrete mixing pump is composed of the main oil route system, the distributing valve oil system and the mixing oil system.
3. Main oil route system consists of oil filter, ram pump, electromagnetism distributing valve, electromagnetism overflow valve, check valve, main oil cylinder as well as pipeline appendix.
4. The distributing valve oil system includes oil filter, electromagnetism distributing valve, oil cylinder as well as pipeline appendix and so on.
5. The electric system of the stirring concrete pump includes the electromotor, AC contact device, air switch, push-button switch.
